Description
Hoi zäme!
From October 1st, 2026, three rooms will become available in our apartment and I would like to take the opportunity to completely restart the shared apartment. It should become a pure men's shared apartment with a total of four people.
I currently live in the apartment. My current roommates are moving out at the end of September, which is why the shared apartment unfortunately has to be dissolved. We had a really good time together here.. accordingly, I would like to make it a relaxed, communal shared apartment again
The rooms
I am quite flexible when it comes to the distribution. I currently live in room 4 on the floor plan, but I am also considering switching rooms. So, we can discuss together who will take which room in the end.
The rents are:
small room: CHF 600, warm including heating, plus electricity
larger rooms: CHF 770, warm including heating, plus electricity
The larger rooms each have their own access to the balcony, which we use communally.
The current furniture of my roommates will basically be removed from the apartment. However, if you are interested, they are certainly open to selling individual pieces of furniture. We can discuss that directly and individually.
The apartment
For the price, I think the apartment is really top-notch.
We have a huge living and dining area where you can easily sit with several people. The kitchen is very well equipped and offers a large refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and enough storage space for four people.
In addition, there are two bathrooms, so two people can share each bathroom.
The apartment includes two balconies. So far, we have mainly used the balcony at the kitchen to eat outside together in the summer. With the new shared apartment, we can think about what to do with the other balcony.
The house also has a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, a bike cellar, and we have our own cellar compartment.
Location
A big advantage for me is the connection to Zurich. From the train station, trains run very regularly (every 5 minutes) towards the city, and the journey to the main station takes about 20 minutes.
About me
I'm Dino, 29 years old, and moved to Switzerland at the beginning of the year. I work in a management consultancy in Zurich.
So far, I have lived with three master's students from ETH, and we had a really good time together. Before that, I lived in several shared apartments, including two years in Lisbon.
My girlfriend lives in Munich, which is why I'm there regularly on weekends. Otherwise, I'm quite active and like to be on the move, including with my oldtimer camper van Donna.
In everyday shared apartment life, I am uncomplicated, tidy, and happy to take on responsibility; whether in the shared apartment or when it comes to doing something together.
How I imagine the new shared apartment
It's important to me that we don't become a purely functional shared apartment.
So far, it's been quite normal for us to eat together in the evenings when several people are at home. Additionally, we've been to the swimming pool together, on the road, or the guys have regularly gone cycling.
What's important to me is:
cleanliness, order, consideration, and a relaxed interaction with each other.
Since it's a complete new formation of the shared apartment, you can of course also contribute your ideas. If you want to bring furniture, plants, kitchen equipment, or anything else for the community: the better. Then we can redesign the apartment together.
The shared apartment should become a pure men's shared apartment, and our common language is German.
Interested?
Then feel free to write me a few sentences about you - who you are, what you do, how old you are, and how you imagine life in the shared apartment.
If you're currently in Zurich or the surrounding area, come by for a beer and a viewing! Otherwise, we can do it online. The pictures shown are from the ad; it probably makes sense to walk you through the rooms again.
