Since I will be traveling for four months, I am renting out my 13m2 room in a beautiful 4-room shared apartment. Limited term from 01.01.2027 - 25.04.2027.

The room has Bernese parquet flooring and a built-in closet. Through the large window with a view of the quiet inner courtyard, you have great evening sun.
The apartment itself has a cozy, large living room with a projector, a kitchen with a dining area and a balcony with plenty of evening sun, as well as two bathrooms (1 with shower, 1 with bathtub) and a large terrace in the inner courtyard. Another plus is the washing machine in the apartment. The apartment is located on the 4th floor (without elevator).

The apartment is located at Monbijoustrasse 26. The city, nature, and the Aare River are within walking distance (5-10 minutes) and the Bern train station is also nearby. Within walking distance is the lively Eigerplatz with great restaurants, cafes, and shopping opportunities.

We are looking for someone who is independent and takes care of their own environment. We place great value on cleanliness and order. We also like to cook dinner together or sit together.
