First floor: double bedroom with large wall closet and bathroom with WC and shower.
Second floor: cozy living room, ideal as a relaxation area.

- Expenses are charged to the tenant
- Deposit: 3 months' rent
- There is no private parking, but the Municipality of Melano makes public parking spaces available to residents, paying an annual tax (see Municipal regulations).
- There are some furniture that could be taken over by the future tenant, if agreed (sofa, shoe rack, coat rack)
