We are looking for a sympathetic tenant for our beautiful and very bright 2.5-room apartment in Zurich 8055.
The apartment has a spacious, open living and dining area with large window fronts. This makes it wonderfully bright all day and offers a great view over the city and the surrounding hills.
A special highlight is the private outdoor area: From the apartment, you can go directly outside and enjoy the evening, a coffee in the sun, or cozy evenings with friends. Additionally, the apartment has a balcony with a beautiful panoramic view.
The bedroom is quietly located and offers enough space as well as practical built-in closets. The apartment has a warm parquet floor, which gives the rooms a pleasant and cozy atmosphere.
