In our spacious shared apartment on two floors, a cozy room is available for rent. The apartment is located at Rautistrasse 11, 8047 Zürich, on the 4th floor and impresses with its special room layout and plenty of space for communal living.

The entrance is on the 4th floor. On this floor, there is a kitchen with a dining table, a separate guest toilet, and another bedroom of a roommate. Directly from the kitchen, you can access the large balcony, which is partially covered and ideal for eating, relaxing, or cozy evenings.

Via the internal staircase, you can reach the floor below. There, you'll find the communal living room, the bathroom, another roommate's room, and the room for rent. Also on this floor is the private laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

In the photos, the room is shown both furnished and empty. The existing furniture can be taken over if desired and by agreement (preferred).

Due to the layout over two floors, the apartment offers a lot of space and at the same time sufficient retreat possibilities for all roommates. The spacious communal areas with living room, kitchen, dining area, and balcony also provide ideal conditions for a pleasant shared living experience.

Location and public transportation
The apartment is located on Rautistrasse in Zürich and is very well connected to public transportation. Directly in front of the house is the bus stop Albisrank, which is served by bus lines 83 and 89. Also nearby is the tram stop Siemens with tram line 3. This makes various parts of the city of Zürich quickly and easily accessible.
