Following a professional relocation to London, I am looking for a person or a couple to take over the lease of my apartment in Lausanne, ideally available from mid-September / 1st October 2026.

Due to my move abroad, I am offering the entire furniture to the next tenant at a very advantageous price compared to its purchase value.
A preference will be given to a candidate who wants to take over the furniture, which also allows to move directly into a fully equipped apartment.

Availability : ideally from September 15th, or at the latest on October 1st, 2026.
This is a takeover of the lease, subject to the approval of the owner.
I really enjoy this apartment and only leave it due to my professional move to London. I am therefore looking for someone who will appreciate it and take care of it.
