The apartment is located directly at the Kasernenwiese and less than 10 minutes' walk from Zurich HB. Despite the very central location, the spacious apartment offers a lot of space and opportunities for retreat for two people.

About living together
I am 31, work as a secondary school teacher in the city of Zurich, and am also pursuing another master's degree. Since I also prepare lessons at home and work for my studies, I am regularly at home and appreciate a quiet and pleasant living environment.

A tidy and clean home is very important to me, which is why I am looking for someone who sees it similarly and handles the apartment with respect.

At the same time, I do not want a purely functional shared apartment. It would be nice to have an uncomplicated coexistence, where you get along well, occasionally eat together, go for a drink, or do something together, while both also have their own life and sufficient retreat space.

I live vegan myself. You don't have to be vegan, but it would be nice if you lived mostly plant-based or were considerate of a very meat-heavy diet.
Friends and family also visit me regularly.

I am looking for a reliable, independent, and sympathetic person who also values order and cleanliness and appreciates a beautiful, quiet home.
