your own basement compartment
This gives you your own spacious retreat and a lot of privacy.
The kitchen, balcony, and separate dining area are shared.
Note: For your own food supply, you should bring your own refrigerator.
The laundry room is used uncomplicatedly and without a laundry schedule by the total of 4 rental parties in the house.
CHF 950 per month including ancillary costs account
The monthly total amount is CHF 950, including ancillary costs account.
The ancillary costs are billed annually according to actual expenses.
