I am renting out my room (18m²) in my beautiful, centrally located 3-room apartment. The apartment is fully furnished. Available from mid-September to mid-October for six months, with the possibility of extension or takeover of the apartment as a main tenant, exact dates to be discussed.
1090 Fr. including ancillary costs, internet, Netflix, Serafe. Plus EWZ bill every 3 months (approx. 60.- Fr./2).

I will be away between mid-September and mid-October for six months (flexible) and possibly I will also give up the apartment, so it and part of the furniture could be taken over, but this is not yet certain. The contract would be for 6 months, with an option to extend. 2 months' deposit payments must be possible.

Location:
The apartment is located 3 minutes' walk from the Waldgarten tram stop (tram 7, 9) and 5 minutes' walk from the bus stop (Frohburg/Waldgarten, bus 75). The motorway access is 3 minutes away.
The apartment is located in a 30 km/h zone, no noise from the main street.
Opposite the apartment is the forest. 12 minutes' walk to Irchelpark. 3 minutes to Vitaparcours.
Zurich HB in 15 minutes, Bellevue in 18 minutes, Oerlikon in 5 minutes, Stettbach station in 12 minutes
In the 30 km/h zone, there are blue zone parking spaces. There is always space!
Pets are unfortunately not allowed.

Who: We would be happy to have a quiet and open-minded roommate who appreciates a cozy evening together. My roommate (f, 32 years old, Spanish) is an investment analyst and childcare worker. We are looking for a subtenant who is looking for a temporary home. Someone who enjoys conversation, shared dinner, or movie nights, but also values their own peace and quiet. Since it's my home, your home can become, and my roommate's home should remain, we wish someone who is reliable, very clean, and orderly, and shows respect and appreciation for the furniture and living together.
