Technically, the apartment also offers high comfort: Minergie standard, smart home equipment, Apple HomePods in every room, and a 10-Gbit/s fiber optic connection with WLAN. The equipment includes a Fellow Aiden coffee machine and Demeyere cookware. The washing machine and dryer are located directly in the apartment.

The apartment includes a spacious basement room with plenty of storage space and a garage parking space.

The location is central and quiet at the same time. The Toni area, tram lines 4, 8, and 17, as well as Coop and Lidl, are in the immediate vicinity. A PureGym is also practically next door.
