Description
In November, I will be abroad and am therefore looking for someone to sublet my cozy 2-room apartment in Wollishofen.
The apartment is suitable for one person or a couple. It is approximately 45 m² in size, located on the top floor, bright, cozy, and (I think) very comfortable. It consists of a bedroom with a view of the Uetliberg, a living room with a view of the lake (in winter), a small bathroom with a relatively large shower (making up about half of the bathroom :D), and a spacious kitchen. From the kitchen, you can access the balcony, from which you can also see the lake in winter.
The location is quiet, yet you can reach Enge train station by bike in 15 minutes. The number 7 tram and the 66 bus run practically from the front door. With the number 7, you can reach the main station in 20 minutes. The lake is about an 8-minute walk away. Coop and Aldi are a 5-minute walk away. If you like jogging, you have the choice between Kilchberg, Allmend, and the lake.
Internet, all ancillary costs, and EWZ are included in the price. You can do your laundry in the basement (the washing machine is usually always available), and you pay with a card that you can top up.
It would be great if you like plants :-).
