Hello everyone,
Since my roommate is moving out, a room in our bright apartment will become available. The apartment is approximately 70 m² in size and has a cozy balcony. The offered room (see floor plan No. 2) is 17.5 m² in size and offers plenty of space to live, work, and furnish. It's a two-person shared apartment, consisting of me and another person I'm looking for with this ad :-)
About me:
I (w/23) work in the healthcare sector and study on the side. In my free time, I like to be outdoors, meet with friends, or go to the pool. I enjoy cooking, like good conversations, but also appreciate time for myself from time to time.
Location:
The apartment is located directly on the edge of the forest, surrounded by fields, ideal for jogging, walking, or cycling. A public pool and the train station (Wallrüti) and bus stop (Zinzikok) are only 5 minutes' walk away. The Winterthur main station can be reached by public transport in 15 minutes.
Shopping & surroundings:
In the immediate vicinity (600m) are Aldi, Migros, Coop, Denner, a post office, and two pharmacies. There are also small cafes and a bakery.
Who I'm looking for:
I'm looking for a new roommate, preferably a woman or a man around 20-30 years old, who enjoys a pleasant shared apartment life. Order and cleanliness are important to me. Therefore, there will be a cleaning schedule to ensure that tasks are fairly distributed and everyone contributes their part. I also value respectful and considerate interaction with each other. A good atmosphere, where you like to come home, is important to me.
