Hello everyone
My girlfriend and I are leaving our 9-person shared apartment in Ostermundigen near Bern on October 1st and are looking for successors for the period from 10/1/2026 to 11/30/2026 (temporary).
We offer:
-Two connected rooms (ideal for a couple) on the first floor, one with direct balcony access.
-Bathroom on the same floor. (Shared)
-Large living kitchen (Shared)
-Living room (Shared)
-Home office spaces (Shared)
-Guest room (Shared)
-Wood and bike workshop (Shared)
-Large terrace and garden (Shared)
-Large basement with laundry room (Shared)
The rent for the rooms is 658 CHF (16.96m²) and 640 CHF (16.2m²) respectively. The ancillary costs are very low thanks to the PV system and heat pump, and are divided solidarily according to financial circumstances.
There is the possibility to share food with the other roommates (including weekly shopping, vegetable subscription, Biopartner orders). Participation in communal meals is voluntary. (Total: Between 200 CHF and 400 CHF for all ancillary and household costs and food).
Individual furniture can be taken over by arrangement.
Participation in the shared apartment's daily life is completely voluntary.
