Rent:
CHF 1,380 per month, including partial furniture and internet.
Electricity (EKZ) and Serafe are billed separately on a monthly basis.
For living in the apartment, a private liability insurance is mandatory. Such insurance can be taken out for a few francs per month.

About the room and furniture:
The room is very spacious and faces southeast. Therefore, it is very sunny and pleasant. At night, you can also see the beautiful moon through the window, as there are only a few higher buildings in the surrounding area.
The snow photo and the photo with the view from the window to the sky were taken directly from this room.

• 80 cm wide bookshelf (see photo)

• No bed available. The bed must be brought by yourself. If it's not possible for you to bring a bed, we can find a solution. Just let me know!

About the apartment and furniture:
The entire apartment is flooded with light and offers a fantastic view. There are also round skylights in the entrance area and in the shower, which provide additional natural light during the day.
Living room:
There is a TV with Apple TV.
I have removed my sofa, as I currently use the living room as a home gym. If you want, you can bring your own armchair or a small sofa. It should be easy to move.
Dining area:
A large oak dining table for 4-6 people and a large hanging lamp.
Kitchen:
The kitchen has a cooking island, a V-ZUG steam oven, a built-in refrigerator, a dishwasher and all usual kitchen utensils.

Miscellaneous:
Laundry room:
The laundry room is shared. Currently, four households share a laundry room. We have three washing days available per week from 5 pm. The equipment includes a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a clothesline and a drying facility.
Parking:
No parking space is available. With a city parking permit, you can park on public parking lots within a 2-minute walk from the apartment for CHF 45 per month.
Location and surroundings:

• Bus stop Kaserne: about 3 minutes walk; direct connection to Bülach and Oberglatt train stations
• Volg: about 3 minutes walk
• Bülach outdoor pool: about 10 minutes walk
• Bülach train station: about 20 minutes walk
• Forest / hiking trails: about 7 minutes walk
• Bülach old town: about 15 minutes walk

About me:
I live in the smaller room, right in front of the shower.
I'm looking for a reliable roommate who appreciates a harmonious shared apartment life and is open to feedback. It's important to me that we respect each other's privacy and adhere to the rental agreement and the rules in the apartment.
I work in the late shift and partly in the home office. If nothing special is going on, I wish for a rather quiet atmosphere in the morning and during the day.
Since I sometimes come home after midnight, there may be some noise. Your room is a bit further away from the shower, but please consider this if you have a light sleep.
