The property is located in the heart of Zurich. Five different tram lines, the S-Bahn, and numerous supermarkets, cafes, and shops are in the immediate vicinity.

The washing machine and dishwasher are to be taken over from the current tenant. Additionally, a reasonable takeover price is to be agreed upon for the kitchen improvements made by the current tenant (installation of kitchen cabinets and replacement of the refrigerator).
