Hello everyone
I'm founding a shared apartment in Niederdorf in a 4.5 room apartment and I'm looking for one or two flatmates. For a 2-person shared apartment, the room price would be 900 CHF (excluding utilities), for a 3-person shared apartment 600 CHF (excluding utilities)
However, the apartment's contract is currently only valid until 31.06.2027, after which a renovation is planned. But it's possible that the final move-out date will be postponed.
I (Lukas) am 28 years old and work 80% as a mechanical engineer. In my free time, I make music, dance, climb, or do other forms of sports.
About you: ideally, you are between 25-35 years old, study or work, and are interested in a warm, communal shared apartment life, where you can occasionally cook something together or undertake other spontaneous activities and still maintain your own space.

PS: all furniture visible in the pictures can be taken over by us for free. If there's no need, the landlord will arrange for disposal.
