From September 1st, a bright and spacious room in a 3-room apartment in Bern will be available.
I live in the apartment myself and am looking for a female roommate to share the apartment as a 2-person shared apartment. Since it's a women's shared apartment, the room will be sublet exclusively to a woman.
The room will be rented unfurnished, i.e., the furniture visible in the pictures is not part of the rental.
The apartment is well-located and easily accessible by public transportation. The main train station in Bern can be reached by tram in about 10 minutes. Shopping opportunities are nearby. The highway entrance/exit is also quickly accessible, making the location practical for people with cars.
The sublease is limited to about 1-2 years.
