I am looking for a subtenant for my 3.5-room apartment on Motorenstrasse in Zurich as of October 1, 2026.
Please note that the apartment will be completely renovated on September 30, 2027. The apartment will be given to the subtenant who takes over all furniture/accessories.
The furniture was bought three years ago and will be sold to the subtenant for a total price of CHF 9,000. If you are interested and the apartment is suitable for you, I will be happy to send you the detailed list of furniture.
It is a typical old building apartment with an older kitchen and an older bathroom.
The apartment is very bright, as the sun shines on the bedroom and living room as well as on the balcony on the street side during the day. In the evening, the sun then sets in the rear winter garden balcony.
The apartment is ring-shaped, has a basement compartment, and a shared house kitchen for co-use.
The apartment also includes two parking spaces (CHF 160), which are arranged one after the other, but do not necessarily have to be taken over.
If you are interested, please send me the required documents directly as a PDF (current debt collection report, copy of your ID, and proof of income or employment contract). I will then send about five applicants a date for the apartment viewing and subsequently introduce one person to the ownership.
