We are renting out this furnished apartment in the heart of Zurich immediately or by arrangement.
Brauerstrasse is a cross street to Langstrasse.
All possible shops, restaurants, and public transport stops are located in the immediate vicinity.
The Sihl, as well as the Limmat, can be reached within 5 minutes on foot.

The property has Wi-Fi access, which can be used by the tenant.

The apartment is cleaned every 2 weeks by the janitorial company (on request, this can be waived). Additionally, a towel and bed linen service can be chosen for a monthly surcharge of CHF 70.-.

A minimum rental period of 6 months must be observed for the rental.
