The room is approximately 10 m2 in size and is already fully furnished. The furniture includes a desk, wardrobe, dresser, sofa stool, carpet, and a fold-out bed. The bed is approximately 70 x 180 cm when folded and can be unfolded to approximately 140 x 180 cm. The furniture can be seen in the photos.

The Apartment
The apartment is very spacious with a total of approximately 120 m2 and is shared by three people. The main tenant is a very nice and helpful pensioner, and the person from the second shared room, which is also being newly rented, will be joining.

The apartment is located in a particularly beautiful, green, and quiet area in Zürich-Höngg. The public transport stop Heizenholz is practically in front of the house door.
From there, you can reach:

• Meierhofplatz: approximately 6 minutes
• ETH Hönggerberg: approximately 10-15 minutes by public transport, depending on the connection
• Zürich HB / city center: approximately 21 minutes

The location is particularly suitable for those who want to live quietly and close to nature but still appreciate a good connection to the ETH and the Zurich city center.
