The room is approximately 11 m2 in size and is fully furnished. The equipment includes a desk, wardrobe, shelf, armchair, and a bed that can be folded into a sofa.

The photos show the room and the furniture as it is currently being rented. Minor changes to the decoration or furnishings by the landlord are possible.

The Apartment
The apartment is very spacious with a total of approximately 120 m2 and is occupied as a 3-room shared apartment. The main tenant, a very nice and helpful pensioner, lives in the apartment, as well as the person from the other shared room, which is currently also being newly rented.

The apartment is located in a particularly beautiful, green, and quiet area in Zürich-Höngg. The public transport stop Heizenholz is practically in front of the house.
From there, you can reach:

• ETH Hönggerberg: approx. 10-15 minutes by public transport, depending on the connection
• Zürich HB / city center: approx. 21 minutes

The location is particularly suitable for those who want to live quietly and close to nature, but still appreciate a good connection to the ETH and the Zurich city center.
