Das Haus hat drei Etagen und insgesamt vier Bewohner. Im oberen Stockwerk würdest du mit Fabrizio (34) wohnen. Im Grunde ist es wie eine eigene kleine Wohnung für zwei Personen, da ihr den gesamten oberen Bereich gemeinsam nutzt. Fabrizio ist unkompliziert und sehr angenehm im Zusammenleben.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist groß und hell, bekommt morgens viel Sonnenlicht und bietet einen direkten Blick auf den Pilatus. Das Zimmer wird ohne Möbel und ohne Bett vermietet.
In den unteren Etagen wohnen Pi (32) und Nico (33).

Das Haus ist groß und hat einen Außenbereich, den man zum Grillen oder einfach zum Draußensitzen nutzen kann. Es ist ein alternatives und offenes Zuhause, in dem unterschiedliche Lebensstile willkommen sind und auch Raucher akzeptiert werden.
Ich ziehe aus, weil ich eine Arbeitsstelle in Zürich gefunden habe. Wenn ich nicht nach Zürich gehen würde, würde ich definitiv hier bleiben.

The house has three floors and four residents in total. You would share the top floor with Fabrizio (34). Basically, it feels like having a small apartment for two people, as you share the entire upper floor. Fabrizio is easy-going and very easy to live with.
The room for rent is spacious and bright, gets plenty of sunlight in the morning, and has a direct view of Mount Pilatus. The room is rented unfurnished and does not include a bed.
Pi (32) and Nico (33) live on the lower floors.
The house is large and has an outdoor area where you can have barbecues or simply enjoy being outside. It is an alternative and open-minded home where different lifestyles are welcome, and smokers are also accepted.
I am moving out because I found a job in Zurich. If I wasn't moving to Zurich, I would definitely stay here.
