I am looking for a subtenant for a free room in my 3-room apartment. (2-person shared flat)
The apartment is in good condition in a somewhat older building near the Eisfeld Lucerne. I will give you the exact address in a second step.
No parking space is available and larger pets (dogs, cats) are not allowed.
The apartment is well located:
Lucerne train station: 10" by bus
well-frequented bus stop: 2"
Migros: 5" on foot
Lake: 5" on foot
I (m, 32) am a rather quiet person who is gainfully employed and therefore rarely at home during the day. Otherwise, I spend a lot of time in nature or doing sports. When I am at home, I prefer to keep it quiet.
About you: I wish for a friendly and respectful person who wants to live in harmony, contributes, and wants to help shape the shared spaces.
It's important to me that the apartment is a retreat and you can also withdraw, but I don't want just a purely functional shared flat.
