Currently, we are three women and one man. I'm moving out on October 1st and am looking for a new tenant. If you're a woman in your mid-20s, you'll fit in perfectly with the apartment!

We always enjoy having a joint coffee, cooking evening, game evening, or outing. At the same time, each person has their own daily routine. Between studies, work, self-employment, hobbies, and travel, everyone is always up to something. That's why we're rarely all at home at the same time. All the more beautiful are the shared moments when they arise.

The apartment is located on the top floor (with elevator) and is spacious and bright. The highlight is definitely the large window front with a panoramic view of the Pilatus. Additionally, there's a cozy balcony with hanging chairs and evening sun, and a large private rooftop terrace. Furthermore, there's underfloor heating, two refrigerators, a large freezer, a robot vacuum cleaner, and much more. It's best if you just come by and take a look for yourself!

The bus stop is right outside the door. Really directly: you almost fall from the front door into the bus. The train station can be reached in about 5 minutes by bus or bike, or in 10 minutes on foot. Directly across the street, there's a post office, shopping opportunities, and various cafes. Parking is available nearby. Laundry is done flexibly in the shared laundry room.

We want a home where everyone feels comfortable and takes responsibility. Especially important to us is cleanliness. We have a high standard and expect each person not only to clean up after themselves but also to think ahead and take initiative when something comes up.
