I am looking for a subtenant for my beautiful apartment in Oberi as of October 1st.

- 3 rooms: two separate rooms and one open living area
- Renovated old building
- 1st floor without elevator
- Modern kitchen with ceramic glass stove and dishwasher
- Parquet floor
- 8 m2 balcony
- Bathroom with two sinks and bathtub
- Shared laundry room with dryer
- Basement storage room
- 10-minute walk to Oberwinterthur train station, 5-minute walk to Hohlandweg and Oberes Büel bus stops. - The apartment is centrally located and yet quiet, situated on the village square of Oberwinterthur, just a few minutes' walk from the train station, bus stops, cozy cafes, shopping opportunities, and the forest. For me, one of the most beautiful places to live in Winterthur.
- Parking space possibly available, to be clarified by the administration
Disadvantages:
- Probably in early 2027, the garage behind the house will be demolished and replaced by a new building. Noise emissions are to be expected.
- The laundry room and basement are quite old
- No separate entrance area, i.e., you enter the living room directly from the front door
The contract must be taken over as of October 1st.
