From October 1st, a room will become available in our beautiful shared apartment in Guggach-Park and we are now looking for a successor!

The room is 12.1 m2 in size (the floor plan of the apartment is included in the pictures) with direct access to one of the two balconies. The room is part of a ~120 m2 large apartment, which consists of three other rooms of your future roommates, two bathrooms, a very inviting living and dining area, and a very modern kitchen. There is also a washing machine and dryer :)

Currently, besides me, Viktoria (30) lives in the shared apartment, and in September, two more roommates - Joost (24) and Charlotte (27) - will join. So far, we have been a shared apartment of working professionals and are usually out of the house during the day. In the evenings, the kitchen was typically the meeting point where you might spend a few hours hanging out and exchanging stories, maybe cooking together, etc. Every now and then, we did something together, like celebrating birthdays, going swimming in the Limmat, having a coffee, etc., as it happens. :)
