With us, a shared room in a 3-person shared apartment will be available from 01.11.2026 (limited until 30.06.2027). The room is approximately 16m2 in size and costs 750.- per month (including utilities). The apartment will only be rented until next summer. For this reason, we will only be able to stay in the apartment until 30.06.2027, as the lease will then expire.

The apartment is located on Missionsstrasse, but in a backyard, which makes the living situation pleasantly quiet. The apartment has a laundry tower, a large living room (currently unfurnished), a large kitchen with a dishwasher, a large entrance area, and a separate basement compartment - so everything that a shared apartment heart desires. Additionally, public transportation is within a few minutes' reach, and you are very well connected (5 minutes to the SBB train station, 5 minutes to Barfüsserplatz).

As already mentioned, we are a 3-person shared apartment and our roommate will be leaving us. We are both in our mid-20s and in training. Giada works as an animal caregiver and Ken studies fashion design. The shared apartment is mainly a functional shared apartment - there are no joint meals or planned shared apartment activities, but everyone gets along well. An open interaction with each other is cultivated. Since everyone works and/or studies, everyone is often on the go and appreciates privacy. We are looking for an open, communicative, and respectful person.

Our shared apartment does not tolerate any kind of discrimination and wishes for an open-minded roommate. The shared apartment is LGBTQ+ and wishes for like-minded individuals.
