We offer a room in a quiet 3-person shared apartment for a limited time with the possibility of extension.

We are looking for a female roommate between 30 and 44 years old, who is uncomplicated, tidy, and above all loves peace and quiet.

Our shared apartment

Our shared apartment is particularly suitable for someone who likes to live quietly and appreciates the view of the green surroundings. It is explicitly not a party apartment.

One of the roommates works regularly from home, so during the day, attention should be paid to a quiet atmosphere.

In general, it's rather relaxed, and everyone is usually in their own room or out and about. Unfortunately, there is no living room. The apartment consists of 3 rooms, a kitchen, and a small bathroom with a bathtub.

If you get along well, something spontaneous can still happen, for example, a joint outing or a trip to the lake.

There are also animals living in the neighborhood. Therefore, you should not have any problems with animals in general.

A pet is possible after consultation.

The house is home to families and other very nice and rather quiet neighbors. A respectful and considerate interaction with each other is important to us.

A laundry room is located in the basement. Use is via a washing plan, which you can sign up for.

Important regarding occupancy

The room is exclusively for one person. This is a requirement of the administration and a prerequisite for the rental agreement to be approved.

Therefore, regular or individual partner overnight stays are not allowed. We ask for your understanding, as we must adhere to the administrator's requirements.

Location

The apartment is very centrally located and at the same time pleasantly quiet.

• With tram lines 7 and 9, you can reach Zurich Central or Bellevue in about 15 minutes. Oerlikon can be reached by bus 75 in about 8 minutes. The animal hospital can be reached in about 5 minutes. Zurich Airport is about 15 minutes away by car, and about 16-24 minutes by tram.

For walks, the nearby forest is suitable. The path along the forest towards Schwamendingen is also particularly beautiful.

Requirements

Since we have had bad experiences with securing rent payments in the past, there are some binding requirements:

Still important

The notice period is 3 months.

Since the rental agreement is tied to the main tenant, it also applies: With the move-out of the main tenant, the rental agreement ends automatically. This is a requirement of the administrator and is not in our hands.

We would like to be transparent from the start so that both parties can avoid unnecessary effort. Therefore, we ask that you only contact us if you are female and between 30 and 44 years old and meet the mentioned requirements.
