I'm looking for a roommate for my 4-room apartment on Grenzweg in 6003 Lucerne.
For rent is a separate office with a beautiful view and a bedroom (each approx. 12m2), for a total of 980.65 Fr incl. utilities. The apartment is on the 4th floor (top floor) without a lift.
The move-in date is flexible. However, since I still have a roommate in September, the second room will only be available from October (correspondingly, the rent for the first month would be about half) and we would share the apartment with three people in September. The apartment will be freshly painted, the kitchen furniture repaired, and the living room furniture completed in the next few days.
Shopping:
> 5 minutes on foot to Denner
> 7 minutes by public transport to Migros Grossmatte
> Migros online order 3 times a month
Train station:
> 14 minutes by public transport
> 9 minutes by bike
About me:
I'm 36 (f), working, quiet, and love to be outdoors and sporty. This includes hiking, swimming, freediving, sailing, and when the weather is bad, I'm happy to be in the gym.
