There is a club in the basement, which can make it loud, especially on weekends. Therefore, I am looking for noise-resistant roommates.

• Shared living room with dining area (17.5 m²) and a separate living room (20.9 m²) for socializing
• Kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom/WC, and a balcony adjacent to the living room
• Private washing machine in the attic
• Rent: CHF 1,000 per month (including utilities).

Available from October 5, 2026, with a one-year lease and the possibility of extension.

I have just completed my master's degree and am currently looking for a job. I am a relaxed person who enjoys sports. On weekends, I like to invite friends over or organize events. I value a certain social aspect in my roommates. I am tolerant but also appreciate a certain level of order and cleanliness in the shared apartment.
