New apartment, new place, new shared flat - maybe with you?
I'm looking for a sympathetic roommate for my new 3.5-room apartment, starting immediately. I'll be moving in on Sunday, 16.08.2026, so we'll basically be starting fresh together and building our shared flat from the ground up.
The apartment is only 3 years old, modern, and open-plan, with a large kitchen and dining area. Zürich-Manegg is my favorite spot in Zürich: quiet and peaceful, yet just a 10-minute bike ride from the city center.
Your room
Your room is approximately 12 m² and has direct access to the balcony. The apartment has 3.5 rooms, so everyone has their own private space. When the door is closed, it's completely okay, and everyone can enjoy their peace and quiet. My door is usually open, though.

I'm looking for someone who's around 30-40 years old, established in their career, and interested in a relaxed, uncomplicated, and possibly sporty 2-person shared flat.
You should have your own life and know what you want, but also be open to spontaneous activities together.
Sports would be a huge plus. I enjoy road biking, mountain biking, hiking, trail running, and going to the gym. If you're into something active, a joint evening ride would be great.
But don't worry: The shared flat won't become a sports flat. If you prefer to relax on the sofa after work, that's perfectly fine.
What's most important to me is that we get along well, can interact with each other in an uncomplicated way, and both feel like this isn't just a functional shared flat.
