I am a fifty-year-old engineer, calm and serious. I live in a 3.5-room apartment in Lausanne, in which I rent out the second room. The apartment has been completely renovated in early 2026.
In addition to the room, you will benefit from the common areas of the apartment, namely:
- A bright bathroom with a bathtub and a heated towel rail.
- An equipped kitchen with large cupboards, ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, and a large fridge including a real freezer.
- A bright and very pleasant living room.
The room to be occupied has:
- A 90x200 cm bed
- A built-in wardrobe with shelves and a clothes rack
- A round table and two chairs
- A cabriolet armchair
- An Ikea Kallax shelf with 4 compartments
- A 42-inch 4k Smart TV
The apartment is ideally located, close to all amenities:
- Migros, Denner, and Coop, all 1 minute walk away
- Other shops within 2 minutes walk
- Bus stop 20 meters from the door
The room is available early September (date to be agreed). One month's deposit plus the current month's rent is required as a guarantee.
In case of interest, please provide a complete dossier including a copy of your ID, a copy of your residence permit, proof of income, and a presentation of yourself.
Also, note that I am often away on business trips, which will allow you to enjoy the apartment in complete peace during these periods.
