About the apartment & your room: after discussion, I am looking for a friendly and reliable roommate for our shared apartment in Baar (1000 CHF per month, exclusive of additional costs). This is what you can expect:
Your space: A bright room (approx. 14 m²) Your comfort: Your own bathroom with shower - no morning traffic jam in the bathroom! Shared use: A fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, balcony with a view of the mountains, your own laundry tower (washing machine/dryer) and a basement compartment for additional storage Parking: If needed, a garage space can be rented for an additional 140 CHF per month Top location: The apartment is very central. Baar train station and the Gotthard Center with numerous shopping opportunities are within a 5-minute walk
About me: I'm Chiara, 29 years old, and I work in sales and service at a café in Zug. In my free time, I like to relax: I enjoy gaming on my PC, reading a lot, or sewing, which I really enjoy.
