I am looking for a new roommate for the 4-room apartment. I have shared the apartment with my partner so far, who is now moving out.

The room is approximately 12m2 in size, furnished, and offers a lot of storage space (two large wardrobes and a large dresser). You can also furnish it to your liking. The room currently looks different because the current roommate has sold the sofa bed, which is missing.

The apartment has a total of 4 rooms, is approximately 80m2 in size, and has a balcony with a view of Lake Zurich. You can also see the lake from your room. The living room and office/dining room are available to both of us for working, learning, or relaxing. Additionally, there is a private washing machine in the apartment, a tumble dryer in the basement, as well as a laundry room and bike cellar. The apartment also has a fireplace, which is probably less important in the summer, but creates a nice atmosphere.

I also have a 200m2 large allotment garden, which is only a one-minute walk from the apartment and which you are welcome to use.

My medium-sized dog, Nele, will also be living with us. She is from the animal shelter in Romania and very affectionate. She doesn't bark, but rather wants to greet you and cuddle with you.
