In a beautiful and large furnished apartment of 158 m2 in Gland! I am leaving the shared accommodation on September 16th and am looking for a new roommate to replace me. My current roommates are two women aged 31 and 50.

The room of 44 m2 is on the floor and allows you to be like in a studio within the shared accommodation by closing the door!

The rent is 1204.-CHF. The rent price includes the charges of the apartment, without parking - there is a possibility to rent an indoor parking space for 130.-CHF. You need to calculate about 100-150.-CHF per month to complete the expenses of the shared accommodation (electricity, cleaning, WiFi, TV, common products, rent guarantee, etc.).

We are looking for a serious, calm and careful person, of our age group and non-smoker! The respect of the tranquility of the others is a priority, being a shared accommodation of active adults with already full lives!

That's why we don't have a very active shared accommodation life, but rather share spontaneous moments of life when the opportunity arises!

In the ideal situation, we prefer a person who does not work from home, or at most one day a week. The shared accommodation is already well organized and a cleaning lady takes care of the common areas every two weeks.

The duplex apartment on the 2nd floor of a building is less than 10 minutes walk from Gland station. In the summer, even in case of high heat, the apartment remains cool, even on the floor!
