Room/place in a shared accommodation in a fully furnished studio 600 CHF per month

I'm looking for a man or woman to share with me a nice, fully furnished and equipped studio. You will practically only need to bring your clothes and personal belongings.

The studio includes:

* Washing machine with drying function
* Oven and microwave

* Large TV
* Internet available 24/7
* Possibility to stream the content of your phone directly to the TV
* A bed for each person, or the possibility to use a sofa for sleeping, depending on your preference
* Shared fridge
* Small fridge for each person
* Shared freezer
* New vacuum cleaner
* Coffee machine, new and not used yet
* Iron with ironing board
* Fan available for hot periods
* Printer that can be used directly from your phone
* An individual wardrobe for each person
* A pillow and a blanket for each person

The accommodation is fully equipped and ready to move in: you just come with your clothes and personal belongings.

I am open to sharing with a woman or a man, young or older. It doesn't matter how old you are, where you come from, your nationality or your skin color: we are all human beings and what matters most to me is to live in respect, quietness and good harmony.

I am myself a young man, very sympathetic and sociable, and I particularly appreciate life in a shared accommodation.

I am totally non-smoking and I ideally wish to share the studio with a respectful and clean person.

Rent

600 CHF per month, including utilities and equipment as described above.

Minimum stay: 4 months or 6 months, then possibility to stay longer, depending on your needs.

You can work or not work. What matters most to me is simply to have the guarantee that you can pay the rent regularly.

For special situations, if you are honest and transparent with me, I can also try to find a solution and help you.

Important: I'm only looking for a real roommate. The accommodation is not offered for a simple mailing address or to use the address for administrative, financial or other purposes.

I'm therefore not looking for someone who only wants a contract or a certificate for a bank loan, a job, administrative steps or another benefit.

The person must really live in the studio with me.

I wish for a shared accommodation based on respect, trust, quietness and good harmony.
