Since Nicolà is unfortunately leaving for Singapore, Aline and I are looking for a new roommate for our shared apartment. I would be happy if you could send me a short text about yourself and your daily life to get a first impression.

I, Pia, am 32 years old and work at the USZ in medical technology. In my free time, I like to do a lot of sports or go out with friends. I also like to host dinner or apéro at home from time to time. I would describe myself as an extroverted and open person who likes to be in company. Your other roommate will be Aline, 27 years old. She last lived in Vienna and worked in a medtech startup and as an art therapist. Now she has started her PhD in Clinical Science in Zurich. She would describe herself as an open, active, and social person who likes to be on the move, does yoga, hikes, cooks, or tries new things. At the same time, she also needs quiet moments to relax.

The apartment, which is only a 7-minute walk from the main station, has an open and ultra-modern kitchen with plenty of storage space. This is integrated into the 58m2 large dining and living area. A guest toilet with steam shower completes this floor.
A staircase leads to the three cozy bedrooms and a bathroom with a whirlpool and a private washing tower.
The entire apartment has parquet flooring, and the wet cells are equipped with brown plate flooring.
The 22m2 large rooftop terrace, which belongs exclusively to the apartment, offers a view over the roofs of the beautiful city of Zurich and the Uetliberg. We have a cleaning help, Maria, who comes by every 2 weeks and cleans the common areas and bathrooms. The costs for this are around 100 Fr per person.

We are ideally looking for someone from October 1st, but are also flexible regarding the exact date.
