Hello everyone,
I am looking for a roommate for a friendly shared flat, between the ages of 23 and 43.
Students are preferred, as long as the apartment remains relatively quiet and there are no large parties. Friends are welcome to visit.
It is important to me that the kitchen and bathroom are kept clean and that we have a pleasant and respectful relationship with each other.
The room is furnished with a wardrobe, a bed, and a desk. It is approximately 14 m² in size, has two windows, and receives a lot of natural light. From one of the windows, you can see the Uetliberg.
About me: I am 40, a self-employed IT specialist who prefers to be outdoors in nature rather than at home on the sofa. I enjoy traveling and doing a lot of sports. In the winter, I also go skiing often. I am a native English speaker and speak fluent German.
The room will be rented until 03.04.2027.
