I'm Dominic, an IT economist working in the Department of Defense in the field of disaster and war medicine.

My roommate is moving out at the end of October, along with his girlfriend. That's why I'm planning to found a new shared flat.

The shared flat has been owned by the same group of friends since 2009, which is why the rent is unbeatable compared to what we pay.

The apartment is located on the top floor, and we have our own private rooftop terrace as the only party in the entire block. We also have a loft with its own washing tower, which is directly adjacent to the rooftop terrace. The apartment is actually two apartments with a breakthrough, which is why there are two bathrooms, a converted kitchen, converted into a home office/studio, a very large living room that can be converted into a cinema. The apartment also has a small retreat, built-in closets, and an entrance area, as well as a balcony.
You can withdraw well and have your peace.

I also get along very well with my neighbor, who visits from time to time.

In my free time, I play the drums, produce music, go hiking in a club, swim, go to the gym, travel gladly. I'm a socially engaged person, helpful and understanding. I appreciate honesty and authenticity, small talk I can do, but I don't like it. I have depth, appreciate good conversations and a cup of tea or a beer from time to time.
