We have a beautiful room with an en-suite bathroom available in a modern maisonette apartment directly at Römerhof. We are on the top floor (with elevator) and have a large private rooftop terrace with a view over the roofs of Zurich, perfect for social summer evenings or a cozy coffee in the morning.

Who we are:
We are Nico (32, from Zurich), Claudio (30, from Colombia & California) and Eliane (30, Zurich, leaving unfortunately). We work in consulting, the music industry, and the hospital (doctor), are open, sociable, and have a lot of joy in life.
Sometimes we try out new exotic recipes together or tinker with friends until late at night to create the perfect espresso martini mixture, sometimes each of us does their own thing, is away, or is absorbed in work for three days. From jointly organized rooftop events with many guests to two-week-long unannounced disappearances, everything is possible with us.

Our cohabitation:
In our cohabitation, we value an uncomplicated, positive atmosphere and wish for a roommate who is willing to contribute when the opportunity arises, whether it's at social events like an apéro with friends, gardening on the rooftop, or setting up and maintaining the apartment.

Additional costs:
In addition to the rent, we share the costs for cleaning (every two weeks), internet/WLAN, Serafe, as well as household and liability insurance, which amounts to 124 Fr. per month per person.
Additionally, the apartment rent already includes the disposal of waste in the house's own container (no fee bags needed).
