I'm moving out of my room in a shared apartment located in Oerlikon, at Neunbrunnenstrasse. The location is ideal to reach the ETH Hönggerberg campus or Oerlikon train station. The apartment consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a very large balcony. We also have our own laundry room and a private cellar/storage room. The flat is currently shared with three other people, Alicia, who is completing a Master's degree in Statistics at ETH Zürich. Basma, who has recently finished her Master's degree in Physics, and Tim, who is completing his PhD at the University of Zurich.
We are a friendly and active flatshare. Everyone has their own schedule, but we enjoy spending time together, sharing meals or evenings from time to time, while also respecting each other's privacy and personal space.
Ideally, we are looking for someone between 24 and 30 years old who is able to take over the lease (not a sublet) and therefore has a stable source of income.
The rent is CHF 590 per month, excluding internet and electricity. The room is available from 21 August.
