Looking for a new place to call home? :)

I am renting two fully furnished and spacious rooms in a very bright and large apartment in Zurich City, between tram stops Guggachstrasse (Tram nr 7 and nr 51) and Schaffhauserplatz.; The room is limited until 31.03.2027 with a possibility to be extended further.

The room is very spacious and comes with a double bed, clothes rack, chest of drawers, night table, desk and chair. All bills (water, heating, electricity, gas, internet) are included except Serafe fee. Cleaning of the common areas two times a month is also included.

Rest of the house: The kitchen is equipped with all dishes, pots & pans, toaster and waterboiler, and dishwasher. The kitchen also has a balcony

All main shops are close and there are multiple buses and trams right next to the apartment that take you into the city in no time. Zurich main train station is less than 10 minutes away and public transport runs from 5 am to close to 1 am during the week.

The cellar has a washing machine and tumbler.

Everything is done with a contract! I use the standard template form from the canton of Zurich.
