Since two people are moving out of the shared flat, we are looking for two new flatmates. One flatmate is staying in the apartment and is looking forward to two uncomplicated people who appreciate a quiet home.

Main rent

At least one person (possibly both) would have to take over the main tenancy agreement. The additional effort is very low - essentially, it's about transferring the rent and rent deposit.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for students or young professionals who:

- value cleanliness and order,
- handle community areas respectfully,
- appreciate a quiet living atmosphere.

The shared flat is not a party flat. Friends are naturally welcome at any time, but overall, it's quite quiet and everyone goes about their daily business.
