Our shared apartment is moving into this beautiful house in Dättwil and is looking for a fourth roommate from 09/01/2026 who wants to share our new home with us.

Who we are
We are an existing shared apartment and have been living together since January 2026. Now we are exchanging our apartment in Baden/Wettingen for a spacious house in Dättwil and are looking forward to creating a new home together.
In addition to our professional daily routine, we like to do things together. This includes, among other things, cooking evenings, grilling, exciting Töggeli duels, wake surfing, or cozy evening rounds with the bike. At the same time, we appreciate that each person has enough opportunities to withdraw.
The highlights of our shared kitchen include a ice cream machine and a rice cooker, so culinary experiments are well taken care of. And when it comes to cleaning, we are supported by Dustin, our reliable vacuum robot.

Oliver (32) has been living in the current shared apartment for 5 years and works for SBB-Immobilien. In his free time, he likes to go wake surfing, cycling, and is a member of an unihockey club. He loves to watch series together in the evening.

Lara Sara (28) works in research in the inclusion sector and works with children and people with disabilities. She is very sociable, loves baking, and is always up for fun.

Muriel (29) works as a doctor in the cantonal hospital. She loves cycling, jogging, hiking, and visiting friends all over Switzerland in her free time. She is enthusiastic about any kind of sport and likes to motivate her surroundings to join in. Pre-cooking is on the program every Sunday.

We are looking for an open, uncomplicated, and sociable person who wants to participate in shared apartment life and help create a cozy home with us.

The house
We will be moving into the house on 09/01/2026, from which point your room will be waiting for you.
The house offers:

• approx. 240 m² living space
• two terraces with garden
• a large balcony on the 2nd floor
• two bathrooms, each with shower and toilet
• an additional separate toilet
• a large carport with space for at least two cars
• plenty of storage space in the basement

The house offers a lot of space for communal living, but also enough room to withdraw.

Your room is 13 sqm plus a built-in wardrobe, as you can see in the pictures. The room is located on the 2nd floor with the large bathroom. There is a lot of storage space and living space in the house for shared use.
