The room is 11.3 sqm in size. With wooden floor, view of the garden and morning sun. For shared use, there is a balcony, two bathrooms, a cellar compartment, a bike cellar, a spacious laundry room and a community garden.

We are looking for an open-minded roommate who would like to stay for a longer period, is interested in community living and wants to see the shared flat as a real home. We wish for a respectful and cordial interaction with each other, direct and appreciative communication and interest in actively shaping the shared flat life. We prefer non-smokers, among other things, because our balcony door can only be locked from the inside.

We are Lara (28, social worker), Annika (28, psychotherapist) and Tabea (33, communication specialist). We like to spend time together in the shared flat with movie and cooking evenings, by the lake/river/fountain, at the kitchen table, at the market, with plant repotting actions, in the tent, at the MFW, in the community garden, in the resti or on the bike. We appreciate shared, planned/spontaneous time in the shared flat just as much as the possibility to withdraw.
