Great location and only 10 minutes to city center: from the apartment it's a 5 min walk to train station "Altstetten Bahnhof", then 5 min train to Zürich HB (main train station) or the city center. There's also the tram stop "Grünaustrasse" 50 meters away. A Coop Supermarket is 5 minutes away by foot which is open even on Sundays (rare in Switzerland), and a small Migros is 2 minutes away. To the Limmat river and Werdinsel (nice swimming / BBQ spot) it's a 7 minutes walk.
- Rent price for furnished bedroom. The rent is 1050 CHF. The whole apartment has around 90 sqm and the room is 14 square meters. All the furniture seen in the pictures in the room (bed, mattress, closet, desk, etc) and in common areas (kitchen, bathroom) are included in the rent price, so you don't need to buy any furniture. The rent includes all extra utilities (ultra-high-speed fiber wifi, heating, electricity, and TV fee, usage of laundry room for free).
