Since I'll be traveling from November on, I'm looking for a subtenant who wants to live with my great roommates Marius (34), Julia (31), and Florian (27).

In our 5.5-room maisonette apartment, you can expect an open living and dining area, a spacious kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a dishwasher, a laundry tower, a storage room, an elevator, and a large basement compartment.

My spacious, bright room (21 m2) with a view of Pilatus and a private balcony (5m2) is rented furnished:
- Bed including mattress
- Nightstand
- Two Kallax shelves
- Pax wardrobe (3m wide)
- Height-adjustable desk including office chair
- Balcony furniture

The price of CHF 1,220.- includes rent, utilities, and furniture. Additionally, CHF 125.- goes into the shared household fund for internet, shared household products, and a professional cleaning service that cleans our apartment every two weeks.

The apartment is in a prime location: Lucerne train station is a 5-minute bike ride and a 10-minute walk away. Cool bars, cafes, and shopping opportunities are right outside the front door.
