Since my life partner unfortunately passed away and the house is too big for me alone, I am looking for a tenant for a rented semi-detached house, a roommate (also possible with a child).
The room & the house:
Room: 2 rooms on the upper floor (approx. 2x4 m and 3x3 m, currently furnished) plus an optional additional room in the basement (approx. 4x5 m).
Bathroom: Small guest toilet with shower for private use. Large bathroom with bathtub and double sink for shared use.
Extras: Carport parking space included.
Community areas: Kitchen, living room, winter garden (approx. 8x3 m) and a great wellness room with sauna, massage shower, and whirlpool.
Outdoor area: Small vegetable garden with goldfish pond and pizza oven. The balcony at my room can be used, provided I'm not sleeping.
Special features: Characteristic butterfly roof (room height on the upper floor 2m to 2.8 m) and a beautiful view - with a bit of luck, you can even see the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau!
I'm looking for:
A rather quiet roommate who likes it cozy, appreciates the view and the garden, is animal- and nature-loving, and likes to help with household and garden chores. Order and cleanliness are important to me, as is having no problem with meat consumption in the house. Age-wise, I'm open - the chemistry has to be right!
About me:
I (m, 57) am a quiet type, a shift worker, and therefore wish for corresponding quiet in the house during the day (approx. 11:30 am to 2:30 pm). I'm not a cleaning fanatic, but a certain basic order is important to me. I have 2 cats that are very close to my heart. I smoke (only outside!), like to take photos, prefer it warm at home, and enjoy a good glass of wine with fine food on the weekends.
Rent: CHF 1,500 ./ month (including utilities)
