We are looking for a reliable and careful person or family to temporarily sublet our bright and spacious, fully furnished 4.5-room apartment in Bern.
The apartment features:

• 2 bedrooms, one of which is set up as a children's room
• 1 office, which can also be used as a guest room (sofa bed)
• a large and bright living room
• a spacious kitchen with dining area
• 2 bathrooms and separate WC
• 2 balconies (1 loggia)
• a very bright and friendly living atmosphere
• complete furnishings and equipment
• Parking space possible by arrangement

The apartment is particularly suitable for a couple, a family, or people who are in Bern for a few weeks for professional or private reasons.
Period: approximately mid-November to mid-December 2026, and we are flexible within this period.
Duration: preferably for the longest possible continuous period, up to a maximum of about 1 month.
Since this is our own home, we are particularly concerned about responsible and careful handling of the apartment. We would therefore like to talk to interested persons/families on the phone or get to know them in person beforehand.
