(If someone has read the old ad: I have decided to rent out both rooms)

I have two free rooms in my bright, spacious apartment between Irchel and Bucheggplatz.

I am 39 and my daughter (almost 5) is with me about half the time. I would like a female roommate (FLINTA) - I am open to a couple or another part-time child) who enjoys living with others and children. During the week, I work during the day and we look forward to a nice face in the evenings or on weekends, maybe for a joint dinner, a game, or a brief exchange. We are both cheerful, like nature, dance, cook, laugh, and enjoy being with others.
What is important to me is respectful cohabitation with basic cleanliness, order, and clear agreements. Even more important to me are warmth, kindness, and joy, also with my cheerful child and me, to share the apartment and thus a bit of life.

The apartment is large, with a small kitchen, but a large living room and balcony. Both rooms are quite large (about 16-20 m²). One is connected to the living room, but can be separated with a closet.

Rent: 1300 CHF (including utilities and cleaning every 2 weeks)
Available from 1.9. or 1.10 (possibly flexible) until max. April 2028. The period is flexible, but preferably longer, at least 6 months or 1 year.
